Affiliate disclosure
The Job Numbers earns affiliate commissions when you sign up for some — not all — of the software we compare. Links that can pay us are marked rel=“sponsored”, every comparison includes at least one vendor who pays us nothing, and rankings are computed from disclosed criteria independent of payout.
Who pays us, specifically?
Our current or applied-for affiliate relationships, and the vendors we deliberately keep with no relationship at all:
| Vendor | Relationship |
|---|---|
| Jobber | Affiliate program (applied at launch; links become paid when approved) |
| Housecall Pro | Affiliate program (applied at launch; links become paid when approved) |
| ServiceTitan | Affiliate program (applied at launch; links become paid when approved) |
| Workiz | Affiliate program (applied at launch; links become paid when approved) |
| FieldPulse | Affiliate program (applied at launch; links become paid when approved) |
| Service Fusion | None — included in every matrix as a neutrality control |
We may also earn small retail commissions on links to home-improvement retailers for material purchases. Material prices shown on this site are never affected by any commission.
What the money can and cannot touch
- Cannot: rankings, verdicts, criteria weights, which price changes get logged, or the wording of any comparison. Ranking criteria are public on the methodology page.
- Cannot: vendor inclusion. Service Fusion pays us nothing and appears in every matrix — often winning the cost row.
- Can: keep the site running. Commissions fund the weekly verification pipeline; no vendor pays for placement, and no vendor sees content before publication.
Concentration rule: no single vendor may account for more than 40% of this site’s revenue. If one does, we diversify rather than tilt.
The FTC line, in plain words
If you click a marked vendor link and buy, we may get paid. It costs you nothing extra. We tell you on the page where it happens, not just here. That’s the whole arrangement.
